We’re a little gun-shy about sharing specifics until the checks slide across the desk — especially given past experience –but it looks like we’ve got a solid deal.

Rita did an awesome job.  With the exception of one crazy weekend of painting an entire room from “personal red” to “accepted green” before an open house, it was easy-peasy.    And let’s not forget our real estate advisor / spiritual guide.  Without her, we wouldn’t be here.  Or almost there.

We’re going to miss this place called Flying Point Road.
